Renewal of WTA Tier-4 Certification Highlights Commitment to Continuous Innovation Underscoring our commitment to relentless innovation, Singtel is honoured to announce the renewal of the Tier 4 certification of our teleports in Bukit Timah and Seletar from the World Teleport Association. Back in 2018, Singtel teleports were the first in Southeast Asia to achieve full certification. This announcement distinguishes Singtel as the first ever satellite operator to be recertified. WTA's industry-recognised certification program provides transparency and independent verification for teleports to differentiate themselves and for customers to choose the price-performance level suitable for their applications. Enhancing Teleport Capabilities for Better Customer Experience and Engagement As a trusted advisor in our customers' journey towards maritime digitalisation, Singtel is continually innovating to deliver the highest quality of security, infrastructure and operational standards in satellite communications. An example of our constant strive to enhance teleport capabilities and processes is the streamlining of the fault resolution process. To further enhance customer experience and engagement, our previous "Docket Management Automation System" (DMAS), which tracks troubleshooting processes via an email processing system, fault ticketing platform and automation engine, has been upgraded to boost service delivery. Empowering fault resolution with AI, the new engine incorporates the "Satellite Natural Language Processing (NLP) Engine" (SANE) module, which enables Singtel to better prioritise case resolution, while increasing customers' visibility in the resolution progress.
